Managing primary care premises issues are time consuming and complex.  Primary care networks (PCNs) will be implementing estate strategies, which need to use all the suitable available local resources to the maximum.  Integrated care boards (ICBs) need to have robust processes in place to make funding decisions within the premises directions.
