Primary eye care contracts – contracting notices, managing when things go wrong

NHS eye care is a key primary care service and commissioners need to manage contractual arrangements appropriately. Unfortunately, during the lifetime of the contract commissioners will need to take contractual actions. This training course, delivered over two sessions, will provide the detail on the types of notices that can be issued, looking at when these may be used and the processes that should be followed in issuing the notices.
