The provider selection regime (PSR) draft guidance has been published to support the regulations that have been laid before parliament, with a commencement date (subject to parliamentary approval) of 1 January 2024. From this point, integrated care boards, trusts, local and combined authorities and NHS England must follow the PSR regulations when procuring healthcare services.
