Raising awareness of high blood pressure

NHS Mid and South Essex has teamed up with Southend United to raise awareness of high blood pressure. Fans at a recent match were able to scan a QR code on food and drink packages and access information on the dangers of high blood pressure and find out how to get blood pressure checks. Local NHS services are also working with public health teams, including at Southend-on-Sea City Council, to boost awareness about the importance of knowing your blood pressure.
