Removing barriers to shared decision-making

The Patient Information Forum and the Patients Association worked with Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board to look at ways of making it easier for patients to take part in shared decision-making. This report outlines the key findings and shares the co-produced resources developed throughout the project.
