Resilient general practices are essential

With the focus building on shifting services to the community it’s essential to help GP practices to be viable for the future.  It’s not just immediate issues that need considering, but pressures which are building gradually, and other factors affecting long term sustainability. PCC works with practices to understand their unique pressures, engages with them to develop tailored support that will complement their strengths, and help them plan for the future. We can help manage situations where, for example, there are differing views, or help the practice to work through options to merge or collaborate with others.
