RSV vaccination programme guidance

NHS England has updated the contractual guidance for general practices on the RSV vaccination programme. The revised guidance clarifies eligibility for the older adult catch up programme, specifically that those adults aged 75 to 79 years old on 31 August 2024 will remain eligible until 31 August 2026. Updates have also been made to the RSV clinical coding requirements with both the older adult and pregnancy RSV services now offered in CQRS and GPES extractions supporting automated payments for those aged 75-79 years old at the point of vaccination.
