Shape the future of the prescriptions and medicines service in the NHS App

NHS England is exploring how the prescriptions feature in the NHS App impacts GPs and how it can better support both practices and patients. Feedback will help improve the user experience, support better health outcomes and reduce the pressure on GP practices. The survey takes no more than 15 minutes to complete and will help shape the future of the prescriptions and medicines section of the NHS App. Survey closes on 28 August 2025.
