As the NHS implements its 10 Year Health Plan, a fundamental transformation is underway in how care is commissioned and delivered. To support this journey, we are offering the following workshops:

Commissioning for outcomes and value – 15 January 2026

Population health management for high-value personalised care – 21 January 2026

Working together for neighbourhood success – 5 February 2026

Leadership for system collaboration – 12 February and Thursday 12 March 2026 (two sessions)

The sessions can be booked as individual courses, or as a whole programme.  Where all four courses are booked a discount will be offered. We also offer bespoke sessions tailored to your needs with additional support and an action planning approach for local areas – contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk to discuss.
