Support self-care week

The Living Self-Care Survey Study by the Self-Care Forum and Imperial College London’s Self-Care Academic Research Unit shows that while patients want more control over their health, many healthcare professionals see low patient engagement as a barrier to supporting self-care. Self-Care Week (17 – 23 November) provides a valuable opportunity to bridge that gap and give patients the support they’re asking for. Primary care teams can lead the way by promoting self-care, building confidence, and improving health outcomes. Join the national campaign and access free tools and resources to get started. Find resources and get involved on the Self-Care Forum’s website.
