Support your practices to thrive

With the pressures on general practice and focus on access it’s easy to overlook support for the basics that can make or break a GP practice. PCC supports practices that may be vulnerable with a tailored approach. Our expert team members have detailed knowledge of areas including practice finances and can work with you to identify if elements of funding that should be received are missing. We can work with practice leadership teams to consider the impact of team changes – for example if partners are expected to retire, it’s not just the issue of recruiting, or considering if the practice wishes to change skill mix, but if the partner part owns the premises this needs considering and appropriately managing.
