Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust piloted a T Level industry placement offer to develop a talent pipeline of young people into the Trust. The Trust felt awareness of opportunities in mental health and learning disability were lacking and an industry placement offer would help raise the profile of associated careers. The pilot has been a success, with the Trust now offering industry placements as standard.
