The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) have updated their suspected sepsis guideline to ensure patients aged 16 or over receive faster, more tailored treatments. Primary care teams play a vital role in spotting signs of sepsis early and supporting patients to ensure treatment happens fast. To support implementation in primary care, NICE has produced a series of visual summaries specifically focussed on community settings.
