Imagine being the leader you admire.  Refining, extending your skills and leading with confidence are outcomes of our popular Confident leader programme.  We have supported hundreds of leaders from all areas of healthcare to learn together, increase influence, understand themselves, and others better, and be equipped to tackle the complexity of the task ahead.  Wherever you lead in healthcare this programme is for you. “It covered all the key themes for leadership. A very helpful resource.” (previous delegate).  The next virtual seven session programme, delivered by executive coaches starts on 19 September 2024.
