The state of integrated care systems

Evidence-based report on integrated care systems (ICS) progress, their response to evolving health policies, and role in implementing the 10 Year Health Plan. ICSs have experienced an undeniably challenging year, marked by constrained public finances and significant structural changes across the public sector. These challenges have remained and, in some cases, are greater than when this research was conducted. This report shows, ICS leaders remain committed to delivering the government’s vision for change and continue to drive meaningful improvements in health and care outcomes for their populations.
