The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence final draft guidance recommends marstacimab (also called Hympavzi and made by Pfizer) for treating the severe form of blood disorder haemophilia B in people 12 years and over. Marstacimab is the first under the skin (subcutaneous) injection for severe haemophilia B.
