This workshop will introduce participants to the role appraisals play in recognising the skills, abilities and competences of their employees and the role that appraisals can play in identifying how people’s abilities can be improved. It includes how appraisals help to manage, support and retain staff, how to plan and prepare for appraisals and what makes a successful appraisal.
