NHS England has published the 2025/26 NHS Standard Contract and 2025/26 NHS Payment Scheme. NHS England will publish a further consultation on the Contract shortly. A summary of the changes we have made as a response to the first consultation on the Contract can be found in section 3 of the Contract technical guidance and in the Response to the consultation feedback document.
