This analysis examines variations in waiting times across integrated care board (ICB) geographies to understand the extent of progress towards recovering pre-pandemic waiting times, including changes in referrals and activity. Data was analysed from ICB footprints before the April 2026 boundary changes for 2025 and compared with 2019 data by reconstructing ICB geographies.
