Strategies to improve cancer targets and manage rising demand in Acute Oncology

Join experienced Acute Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Service Leads for a practical workshop designed to support established services to navigate the increasing pressure.

With rising referrals, constrained resources and growing scrutiny on cancer performance, this innovative workshop will share how leading Acute Oncology teams are redesigning services to deliver measurable impact. Drawing on real-world innovation from Nottingham’s Acute Oncology Service, you will explore how digital transformation, AI-supported MDT processes and optimised pathway design are being used to improve accountability, streamline decision-making and deliver against national cancer targets.
