GP premises for commissioners – managing disputes

When

16 July 2024
13:30 - 16:30

Where

GP premises are essential to the delivery of NHS primary medical services. Commissioners have the responsibility to make the necessary reimbursements for premises costs to GP contractors, but there may be times where disputes arise between the commissioner and the contractor.

This three-hour virtual training session will look at the dispute process, what this includes and the processes the commissioners will need to follow.

The agenda covers:

  • Informal processes
  • Local dispute resolution
  • NHS dispute resolution.

The training session will be led by one of our primary care premises experts and delegates will be encouraged to participate though questions, exercises, and interactive tools, with opportunities to discuss current issues and seek solutions with our expert and each other.

This session is for commissioners and those working on their behalf.
