DESCRIPTION:Dates: Wednesday 9th &amp\; 23rd September 2026\, at 01:30pm 
 – 4.30pm\n\nThis course opens with a focused revision of inflammation as
  a staged immunological process. From innate activation through to adaptiv
 e recruitment\, amplification and resolution\, with attention to the clini
 cal levers available at each stage.\n\nIt then introduces the principles o
 f immunomodulation\, what it means to work upstream rather than suppress\,
  how to assess the inflammatory landscape before selecting tools and why c
 hoosing interventions that act on multiple points of the cascade offers ge
 nuine clinical advantage.\n\nThe role of oxidative stress as both a driver
  and a consequence of immune dysregulation is addressed in depth\, includi
 ng how reactive oxygen species\, redox imbalance\, and post-translational 
 protein modification contribute to the initiation and perpetuation of auto
