Our Vision

Our vision is to be a Network

  • where our patients have access to the highest quality CHD care, irrespective of age or where they live
  • where care is provided as close to home as possible, and there is a seamless transition between services and locations
  • which listens to and respects what patients and their families tell us is important to them and adapt our services accordingly
  • committed to collaborative working and continual service improvement.

Our Priorities

Our key priorities are

  • to provide strategic direction for CHD care across Yorkshire and the Humber
  • to drive improvements in quality of care
  • to support equitable and timely access to care for all patients
  • to support improvements in patient and family experience
  • to support education and training
  • to make information sharing as easy as possible
