Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust’s occupational therapy team and the Stroke Association hold weekly sessions with various activities to help increase activity and prevent the deconditioning of stroke patients, resulting in a direct improvement in patient wellbeing and outcomes and supporting patient and staff engagement.
